I grew up surrounded by its timeless beauty — a land of deep roots and open skies, of ancient olive trees and wild, fragrant blooms.
Over time, distilling local ingredients became a natural continuation of this bond.
Every bottle of Sacàra carries the imprint of this connection.
What began as a love for nature has grown into a journey, one that led me to honour the very heart of Salento through gin.
With every botanical I distill, I seek to express the beauty and authenticity of this land, while preserving the richness of its unique biodiversity.

Sacàra Spirits undertakes to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way towards the territory, the environment and the Salento community. Sustainability objectives have been part of the Sacàra project since its inception and increasingly characterize its development programs. Sacàra enhances biodiversity by offering its best representation in its products. At the same time, the protection and conservation of the Salento ecosystem are pursued with an active contribution to the Salento reforestation projects.
