A JOURNEY INTO THE SPIRIT OF SALENTO
The name celebrates the Sacàra, the vernacular name of the Cervone snake protagonist of ancient Salento popular legends. It is said that, during the night, the creature steals the mother's breast milk from children, to evolve into dragon and gain immortality.
Sacàra Spirits was born from the need to talk about the land of Salento, its history, its emotions and sensations.
Sacàra is a journey into the taste and the spirit of Salento. A unique London Dry Gin, which blends the saline and balsamic notes of the wild sea fennel with the sweet and fresh aroma of prickly pear, linking them with a woody and smoky scent given by the bark of centuries-old Salento olive trees.
