Aroma: Classic notes of juniper and vibrant freshness of lemon zest, enriched by the Mediterranean scents of helichrysum, rosemary and thyme.
 Taste: Dry and citrusy. The hint of juniper and citrus essential oils intertwine with the iodine notes of wild sea fennel  and the slightly earthy and toasted touch of carob and olive tree bark.
 Finish: Long, dry, and fresh. It leaves a lingering citrus sensation, softened on the finish by elegant and soft fruity hints of prickly pear and almond.
 Color: brilliant, pure and crystalline, absolutely transparent with turquoise reflections when in contact with ice.
